Challenge - cards for kids

Our mid-week challenge was to make a card for a kid. I made these with simple circles. Elmo and cookie monster. They will be left blank inside.

A special birthday card with my cricut

I have had my cricut for over a year but I seem to use it in spurts. I think it is because it takes so much space. I bought the wild card cartridge a while ago but I wasn't sure if I should keep it so I never opened it. Last week I decided to keep it. I opened it and decided to make a card for a friend's upcoming birthday. Not only does it cut all of the pieces of the card it also makes an envelope.

Operation write Home Bloghop

I know today is November 13th but we are celebrating Valentine's Day. We have to send cards far in advance so they can get back to families before the holidays. The deadline for Valentine's cards is January 7th 2011! Please don't wait until the last minute to send your cards.
